We scroll for hours, consuming endless content, and live with a constant hum of noise in the background. But deep down, many of us feel tired, empty, and disconnected. In the opening words of Ecclesiastes, its author names the ache we all feel — the search for meaning in a world that never stops spinning. This week, we’re confronting our relationship with our screens and asking an honest question: is all this noise actually helping? Maybe it’s time to unplug from the distractions so we can reconnect with what really matters.
